Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Anupshahr. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective delivery of services. Daily responsibilities include overseeing account operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, managing financial records, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with teams such as logistics, warehousing, and trading to streamline processes and resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
• Expertise in Account Operations, Financial Management, and Reporting
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills for effective client interactions
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Agricultural Market trends
• Proficiency in using CRM and accounting software is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
• Previous experience in agro-business or logistics is highly desirable
