Role OverviewWe're looking for an Account Manager who can own and grow enterprise accounts end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to driving proposals, commercials, and closures.
This is not a pure relationship role. You will act as a consultative partner, working closely with clients to define use cases and position Metadome's platform as a strategic solution.
Key Responsibilities1. Account Ownership & Growth- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Build strong relationships with business, digital, and technical stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities across use cases (marketing, training, configurators, etc.)
2. Deal Ownership (Core of the Role)- Drive deals from requirement gathering → solutioning → proposal → closure
- Structure and define scope, commercials, and timelines
- Lead negotiations and closure conversations
3. Solutioning & Consulting- Understand client needs and translate them into clear use cases and proposals
- Work with internal teams to design scalable solutions
- Position Metadome as a platform partner, not just a vendor
4. Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with product, design, and delivery teams
- Drive internal alignment on scope, timelines, and feasibility
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution
5. Client Engagement- Lead client discussions, demos, and reviews
- Act as the single point of contact for key stakeholders
- Ensure strong client satisfaction and long-term engagement
What We're Looking For- 2-4 years experience in enterprise sales / account management / consulting
- Strong experience handling end-to-end deals and commercials
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions
- Experience working with automotive, manufacturing, or SaaS is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
