Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for all program-related communication
  • Plan and execute loyalty programs based on client objectives
  • Run marketing campaigns end-to-end, including setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting
  • Support clients during campaign implementation and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Analyze customer data using methods like RFM analysis, cohorting, and growth forecasting
  • Create reports and dashboards to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (tech, operations, analytics) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in loyalty program management
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and use of formulas for RFM, cohorting, and forecasting
  • Hands-on experience in campaign development and execution, including performance tracking
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Good communication skills with prior customer-facing experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively
