About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, creatively inclined and execution-focused Account Manager to join the Phase 1 Originals team. This role will lead the development and execution of live entertainment IPs, festivals, musicals and large-scale experiential properties from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in events and client servicing, who understands how to lead projects, manage multiple stakeholders and hold large, fast-moving projects together across different workstreams.
This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of creativity, strategy and execution - someone who can work closely with creative teams to shape concepts and experiences, while also coordinating cross-functional teams across sponsorships, marketing, content, production, operations and execution.
The person in this role will act as the central driving force across projects, ensuring all teams remain aligned, timelines move forward efficiently and the overall vision of the project is maintained throughout the lifecycle of the IP.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Ownership
- Lead end-to-end development and execution of Phase 1 Originals IPs including festivals, musicals, live experiences and entertainment properties
- Act as the central project lead across all workstreams, teams and stakeholders
- Drive projects from ideation and conceptualization through planning, execution and closure
- Take ownership of timelines, coordination, communication and overall project movement
- Ensure all teams remain aligned with the larger vision, objectives and execution plan of the project
Concept Development & Creative Coordination
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to brainstorm and develop new IP concepts and experience ideas
- Contribute to conceptualization, visualization and overall experience development
- Support creation of pitch presentations, concept decks and project narratives
- Help shape audience-facing experiences, event formats and creative directions
- Ensure the creative vision translates effectively into execution
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including:
- Sponsorships & Partnerships
- Marketing & Communications
- Content & Design
- Production
- Operations
- Programming & Talent
- Venue & Execution Teams
- Brief and align different teams on project objectives, timelines and deliverables
- Ensure smooth communication flow and coordination across departments
- Track progress across workstreams and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Project Planning & Execution
- Build and manage overall project plans, timelines and execution roadmaps
- Coordinate planning meetings, reviews and execution checkpoints
- Ensure projects remain execution-ready across all stages
- Support and oversee on-ground execution during live events and festivals
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Manage internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle
- Work closely with leadership, partners, collaborators, vendors and agencies
- Maintain clarity, accountability and alignment across teams
- Ensure projects move forward efficiently despite changing priorities and fast-paced environments
- Drive ownership and execution culture across the project ecosystem
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, Client Servicing or Event Operations
- Strong understanding of the live events and experiential ecosystem
- Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams
- Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage fast-moving projects and high-pressure execution environments
- Strong ownership, accountability and problem-solving capability
- Ability to balance creativity with operational execution
- Strong presentation and project management skills
- Understanding of audience experiences, event formats and experiential storytelling
Preferred Background
Prior experience in one or more of the following would be preferred:
- Event Agencies
- Festivals & IPs
- Client Servicing
- Event Production & Operations
Experience working on large-scale events, IPs, festivals or entertainment properties would be highly preferred.
