Key Responsibility & Impact

• Manage mid-sized accounts with accountability on timelines and delivery
• Support strategy, creative, and media teams in decoding briefs and aligning outputs
• Own client communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
• Keep internal teams aligned and projects on track from brief to execution
• Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve challenges
• Ensure campaign effectiveness by tracking KPIs and reporting outcomes
• Begin guiding junior team members and overseeing small project teams.

What You'll Bring on the Table

• 4-5 years of experience in Account Management
• Experience with GenAI, Notion, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms and project management tools to work smarter, faster, better
• Strong understanding of digital and integrated campaigns
• Confident client servicing and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Excellent time and project management skills
• A mindset ready to lead, coach, and push creative boundaries
