About SalesOne:

SalesOne is an AI-powered outbound sales platform helping businesses scale customer acquisition through a combination of intelligent automation and experienced sales professionals. Our mission is to help clients generate revenue opportunities through efficient, data-driven outbound sales operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee client accounts, manage sales execution, support SDR teams, and ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales pipeline. This role combines account management, sales operations, CRM administration, client communication, and revenue tracking responsibilities. You will act as the primary coordinator between clients, SDRs, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
  • Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from prospect engagement to meeting completion.
  • Coordinate and support SDR teams in achieving campaign objectives.
  • Monitor pipeline progression and ensure opportunities move through each stage effectively.
  • Ensure meetings are scheduled, tracked, and successfully completed.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and oversee data quality across client accounts.
  • Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to improve outreach performance and conversion rates.
  • Manage revenue operations processes and sales workflows.
  • Support onboarding and campaign setup for new client accounts.
  • Ensure all sales activities, communications, and milestones are documented properly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with international clients and remote teams.
  • Ability to supervise multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with reporting, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.

Preferred Skills:

  • SaaS, Sales-Tech, or B2B sales experience.
  • Experience managing SDR or business development teams.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related platforms.
  • Understanding of AI-assisted sales workflows and automation tools.
  • Revenue operations or sales operations experience.

Interview Preparation

Candidates are expected to familiarize themselves with SalesOne's services, target customers, and business model before attending the interview. A basic understanding of outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and SalesOne's value proposition will be beneficial during the interview process.
