This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager (IT & SaaS) located in Noida. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include coordinating with clients, leading and managing teams, and addressing IT-related concerns promptly and efficiently.

• Technical skills in Information Technology, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting
• Leadership skills in Team Leadership and Team Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in client account management within the IT and SaaS industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
