with clarity and confidence. As we expand, we're looking for a dynamic Account Manager

to join our Goa team someone who can build strong client relationships, drive financial

discussions, and ensure operational excellence.

Role Overview:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting

financial consultations, and ensuring smooth backend operations. This role involves a balance

of client interaction, financial planning, and operational coordination ideal for

someone with a finance background and hands-on experience in wealth management,

especially mutual funds.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client meetings and calls to discuss financial goals, investment plans, and

portfolio performance.

Provide insights and advice on mutual funds, asset allocation, and investment

strategies.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and portfolio

growth.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of investment

transactions and operational processes.

Prepare reports, investment proposals, and documentation for client reviews.

Ensure timely follow-up with clients on renewals, portfolio updates, and new

opportunities.

Handle account-related operations with accuracy and compliance.

Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory updates to

offer relevant solutions.

Requirements:

MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification (mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or

investment operations.

Strong understanding of mutual funds, SIPs, portfolio management, and financial

markets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills must be comfortable on client

calls and meetings.

Strong organizational and operational coordination abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
