As an Assistant Manager- Integrations & Solutions for smallcase Gateway, you will sit at the intersection of business development, product consulting, and technical support. You aren't just selling a product; you are the bridge that helps partners understand, integrate, and succeed with our infrastructure.
You will lead the journey for inbound leadsfrom the first How does this work to the final We are live!ensuring a seamless technical transition and acting as the voice of the partner within our internal product teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Solution Consulting: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, consulting them on how smallcase Gateway offerings can be tailored to fit their specific platforms and business models.
- Business Development: Own commercial discussions, deal closure and contract alignment with partners. Drive deals to closure.
- Product Evangelism: Conduct high-impact product demos that translate complex technical infrastructure into clear business value.
- Funnel Management: Own the integration lifecycle. This includes conducting technical walkthroughs, resolving integration queries, and managing the project timeline from sign-up to go-live.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Man the first line of production support. You'll be responsible for initial debugging, reporting bugs to engineering, and ensuring partners aren't blocked by technical hurdles.
- Product Feedback Loop: Advocate for our partners. Synthesize customer pain points and feature requests into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams to drive optimization.

- A Technical Translator: You can talk shop with developers about APIs and SDKs, but also explain the why to business stakeholders.
- A Process Architect: You have the discipline to follow established workflows and the hunger to break and rebuild them if you find a more efficient way.
- A Problem Solver: You don't just report bugs; you investigate them. You enjoy the detective work involved in integration support.
What We're Looking For
- Experience-23 years in Technical Account Management, Integration Support and Developer Relations (DevRel)
- Industry- Proven track record within B2B SaaS or Infrastructure companies.
- Technical Savvy- Solid understanding of API & SDK integrations and the ability to read technical documentation.
- Communication- Exceptional clarity in verbal and written communication, capable of managing both internal teams and external partners.
- Operational Rigor- High level of discipline in CRM management and following structured integration funnels.
