About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive project execution, and ensure smooth coordination across accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in account management, client servicing, or project coordination and is now ready to operate with greater ownership and scale. You will get exposure to larger client accounts, more complex projects, and faster responsibility across account execution.
Responsibilities
- Client Coordination & Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships through timely communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail while leading calls, understanding requirements, managing follow-ups, and ensuring confidence in project delivery.
- Account & Project Management: Work closely with the Key Account Manager in managing ongoing client accounts and projects while driving smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and strong execution across teams and stakeholders.
- Talent Coordination & Quality Management: Identify and coordinate the right creative talent for different project needs while applying judgment on quality, fit, availability, timelines, and budget.
- Proposal Building, Pricing & Commercial Support: Support the creation of proposals, scopes, and project plans for client requirements while contributing more actively to pricing discussions, commercial decisions, and project solutioning.
- Reporting & Operations: Track project progress, maintain account updates, and keep documentation organized across proposals, timelines, deliverables, and key account updates while ensuring strong operational discipline across accounts.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
- Prior experience working with clients and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort handling multiple moving pieces at once.
- Good understanding of project execution, client management, and commercial thinking.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive things forward.

30–60–90 Day Plan
First 30 Days – Context, Learning & Foundations
- Understand IndieFolio's business model, service lines, clients, and internal workflows.
- Build context on how accounts are managed, how talent is coordinated, and how proposals, pricing, and project execution work.
- Get familiar with tools, reporting formats, communication processes, and the day-to-day rhythm of account management.
Days 31–60 – Active Support & Account Execution
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager across active projects and client accounts while contributing more actively to client coordination, follow-ups, proposals, internal execution, and reporting.
- Build stronger judgment on project workflows, talent decisions, and how account relationships are managed over time.
Days 61–90 – Guided Ownership & Stronger Execution
- Begin taking on greater responsibility across selected accounts, client interactions, and project components with alignment from the Key Account Manager.
- Drive day-to-day execution more independently, contribute more actively to project planning and problem-solving, and demonstrate strong reliability, responsiveness, and judgment in ongoing account management.
