Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty
• Analyze client performance and prepare reports to present to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project updates and performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3-12 years of experience in account management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
