This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts by maintaining strong relationships, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Daily tasks will include overseeing operations, developing and implementing strategies to enhance the preschool's services, coordinating with teams, and supporting parent and client communication. The role requires an understanding of preschool activities, child development philosophies, and effective customer management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and collaborate with teams.
• Proficiency in account management, customer service, and identifying client needs to ensure quality service delivery.
• Organizational and strategic planning skills to oversee smooth operations and implementations of processes at the center.
• Basic knowledge of early childhood education or experience in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
