Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Gurgaon. The Account Manager will oversee and maintain client accounts, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure timely communication and issue resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring account performance, generating insightful reports, managing client queries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
