Job Title: Healthcare Client POC / Account Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Client POC / Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure seamless communication, and drive account growth across healthcare staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, MSPs)

Manage client expectations, escalations, and service delivery

Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, compliance)

Monitor requisitions, submissions, and fulfillment performance

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships

Identify opportunities for account expansion and process improvement.

Key Skills:

Strong client communication & stakeholder management

Healthcare staffing / MSP understanding

Problem-solving and escalation handling

Data tracking & reporting (Excel/ATS/MSP tools)

Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

5+ years in healthcare staffing, account management, or client servicing

Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms is a plus
