GuruQore is a marketing agency working with a mix of brands across categories, helping them with strategy, creative and content. We're a lean team built around generalists, and we're expecting more work in the coming months.

About the role

We're hiring an Account/Project Manager to run client accounts day to day. You'll report to our project lead, but we need someone who thinks and works independently, makes calls on their own, and keeps work moving without waiting on a chain of command.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day client communication: updates, feedback, approvals and timelines
• Write creative briefs and coordinate with the creative team through to delivery
• Coordinate with creators: shortlisting, briefs, timelines and deliverables
• Help on initial production and direction
• Run multiple accounts and deliverables at once without things slipping
• Flag problems early and solve them before they reach the client
• Build strong working relationships with clients

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years on the agency side (digital, creative, content and influencer)
• Experience handling brand clients directly
• A generalist, comfortable moving between client, creative and production work
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
• Clear communication, written and on calls
• Location: Bangalore preferred, hybrid.
