This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage customer relationships, and ensure that client requests and needs are fulfilled. Key responsibilities include developing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to address client feedback and propose solutions effectively.
