About The Role

We are hiring a results-oriented Account Manager to grow our business in the Food Processing segment in India. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with leading food companies, OEMs, and system integrators to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions. You will engage with stakeholders at multiple levels—from plant engineers to senior leadership—understand their challenges, and position Intralox solutions to improve their operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving, relationship management, and sales ownership, and operates within a highly autonomous, self-managed environment, where you will take full ownership of your accounts, territory strategy, and customer outcomes. The role is home-based in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers in the food processing sector
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue growth
  • Visit customer manufacturing sites to understand operational challenges and propose tailored solutions
  • Build strong connections with stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial functions
  • Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with regional and global priorities
  • Partner with internal global teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles
  • Exposure to food processing, packaging, or manufacturing industries (preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude with problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) across India
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
