As part of our continued growth in India, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager based in Mumbai to manage and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships.

Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and commercially driven Account Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise and banking clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, experience in cybersecurity or SaaS environments, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders while driving customer success, renewals, and account growth.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can collaborate effectively with technical, SOC, product, and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Client Relationship Management

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned enterprise and banking customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic client accounts.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure customers achieve measurable value from iZOOlogic's cybersecurity solutions and services.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention.
  • Coordinate with SOC, technical, and product teams to address customer requirements and escalations.
  • Develop account strategies aligned with customer business objectives.

Renewals & Revenue Growth

  • Manage contract renewals and commercial discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth within existing customers.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across iZOOlogic's cybersecurity portfolio, including:

Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)

Digital Risk Protection (DRP)

Managed Security Services

Threat Monitoring Solutions

  • Maintain accurate account forecasts and pipeline updates.

Partner Engagement

  • Work closely with channel partners, consulting firms, MSSPs, and system integrators.
  • Support joint customer meetings, solution discussions, and account planning activities.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through the partner ecosystem.

Required Experience & Skills

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Account Management.
  • Experience selling or managing cybersecurity, SaaS, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience handling Tier-1 enterprise or banking accounts.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and enterprise security environments.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with BFSI, enterprise, or government customers.
  • Exposure to Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), SOC operations, DRP, or security operations environments.
  • Experience working with channel partners or cybersecurity alliances.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and renewal management.
