Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager - EMS located in Chennai. The Account Manager will oversee customer relationships, manage accounts, and drive business development strategies for EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client portfolios, understanding customer needs, identifying growth opportunities, providing timely resolution to client issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams. The role requires detailed documentation of sales activity, as well as regular reporting to support business planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in account management, customer relationship management, and client servicing.
  • Expertise in market research, business development, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and handling customer issues promptly.
  • Understanding of the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in similar roles within the technology or electronics sector is desirable.
