Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing strong relationships, understanding their unique talent challenges, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact branding and marketing solutions.
You will act as the critical link between the client and our internal strategy and creative teams, managing projects from initial brief through to successful execution and post-launch review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing departments.
- Strategic Advisory: Understand the client's business objectives and talent strategy to proactively propose relevant employer branding and corporate branding solutions.
- Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, stay within the defined scope, and are completed on time and within budget.
- Financial & Scope Management: Monitor project profitability, manage budgets, track resource usage, and clearly communicate any scope changes to the client and internal team.
- Internal Coordination: Efficiently brief the internal creative, content, and strategy teams, translating client needs and feedback into clear, actionable direction.
- Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the scope of work and grow existing accounts through excellent service and successful results.
- Presentation & Communication: Lead client meetings, present proposals, campaign strategies, and creative work with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an Account Management or Client-Facing role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Understanding of Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, or a related marketing discipline is a bonus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing client budgets and project profitability.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
