Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Week offs)

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Work From Office)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to handle the Email Process for a US-based e-commerce hardware client. The role involves managing inbound and outbound email inquiries, assisting customers with product information, order processing, quotations, and driving conversions through effective email communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to identify sales opportunities through email interactions. The goal is to enhance customer experience, build strong relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound and Outbound customer emails related to product inquiries, quotations, orders, and support.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally with accurate information.
  • Convert Inbound and Outbound inquiries into sales opportunities and support revenue generation.
  • Prepare and share quotations, product details, and order confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions in CRM.
  • Follow up with customers via email to drive conversions and ensure closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and support to resolve customer queries.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet individual productivity, quality, and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Preferred Skills


  • Experience in Email Support, Email Sales, or Account Management.
  • Experience working with international clients (US clients preferred).
  • Experience in e-commerce industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
