Optimite is a retention marketing agency for ecommerce brands. We build email, SMS, lifecycle, loyalty, and list growth programs as one connected system turning one-time buyers into repeat customers and driving consistent revenue through retention.
Our founders, Nishant and Sushant Yadav, launched Optimite in 2019 and have since partnered with the largest Shopify brands and digital agencies across the US and Europe.
Location: India (Remote)
Work Timings: 10am-7pm IST or 1pm-10pm IST depending on the role
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with 2 alternate Saturdays. The 5th Saturday of the month is a working day.

About The Role
We're looking for an Email Marketing Account Manager to own campaign execution and client communication across a set of ecommerce accounts. You'll build and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo, keep clients updated, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you're organised, love email, and know how to talk to clients, this is for you.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
- Run test sends, check rendering, and verify links and UTMs before every launch.
- Follow naming conventions, segmentation rules, and tagging standards across accounts.
- Own QA sign-off before every send.
Client Communication
- Be the day-to-day contact for your assigned clients.
- Respond to queries and keep clients updated on timelines, revisions, and next steps.
- Keep Slack, email, and ClickUp threads clean and fully resolved.
Delivery Coordination
- Track campaign timelines and follow up with designers, developers, and strategists to keep things moving.
- Flag blockers early: missing assets, delayed approvals, or technical issues.
- Keep ClickUp updated with real-time status on every campaign.
Reporting
- Track campaign performance including open rates, CTR, revenue, and deliverability.
- Share observations and suggestions with the strategist to improve results over time.
MUST HAVE
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience.
- Basic understanding of segmentation, flows, and campaign setup.
- Good written English and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in a client-facing or coordination role.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar tools.
- Basic HTML knowledge for email troubleshooting.
- Background in ecommerce or digital agencies.
