About The Opportunity
We operate in the digital commerce and e‑commerce enablement sector, partnering with brands and retailers to grow online revenue across marketplaces, D2C stores and paid performance channels. Our teams build and execute marketplace strategies, manage storefront operations, and run data‑driven marketing to maximise conversion and margin.
We are hiring an E‑commerce Account Manager to be based in India (on‑site) to own client relationships, drive sales growth, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery for key e‑commerce accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact for assigned e‑commerce accounts—build trust, manage expectations, and translate business goals into executable roadmaps.
- Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through assortment expansion, pricing strategies, promotions, and upsell initiatives.
- Own marketplace and storefront operations: product listings, catalog health, SKU management, pricing, inventory coordination and order escalations.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns (sponsored ads, PPC, SEO tactics) in partnership with marketing teams to hit sales and ROI targets.
- Monitor sales, traffic and ad performance; generate actionable insights, deliver weekly/monthly reports and recommended action plans to clients.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (operations, creative, supply chain, analytics) to ensure timely launches, SLAs and issue resolution.
