Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include proactive engagement with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves closely collaborating with internal teams to address client concerns and ensuring successful, ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships and interact effectively with clients
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and proactive client support
  • Experience in managing client accounts and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Understanding of sales processes, data interpretation, and leveraging analytics to provide insights
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software; technical aptitude to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with internal teams in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Prior experience in SaaS or B2B account management roles is a plus
  • Expertise with tools like Excel and/or Power Point.
  • Previous experience in commissions setup and management preferred
  • Fluent English and ability to work with US-based companies
