Role Overview

Employvision Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Recruiter from the staffing and recruitment industry who can manage client accounts while remaining actively involved in hands-on recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic IT staffing, IT hiring, client management, and recruitment delivery, with the ability to understand client requirements, manage relationships, and ensure successful candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing staffing clients and accounts.
• Handle client requirements and coordinate recruitment delivery.
• Perform hands-on sourcing, screening, and recruitment for domestic IT positions.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, priorities, and hiring needs.
• Manage submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and candidate closures.
• Coordinate with internal recruiters and ensure timely delivery against requirements.
• Handle client escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track account performance, open requirements, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Support accounts such as MSP-driven clients and other enterprise staffing accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in domestic staffing / recruitment, preferably from a staffing company.
• Strong knowledge of IT staffing and IT hiring.
• Previous experience in Account Management + Recruitment.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on recruitment and not only client management.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, MSP/VMS accounts, or similar staffing programs is preferred.
• Strong communication, client-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage requirements as well as work with the recruitment team.

Preferred Experience

5+ years of experience in domestic staffing, recruitment, account management, or a similar staffing environment.
