Job Description

About OOm

We're not here to run campaigns. We're here to help businesses build legacies.

OOm is one of Singapore's leading performance digital marketing agencies, helping businesses grow since 2006. Across SEO, SEM, social media, content and web, we work as long-term partners to our clients, focused on delivering measurable and sustainable business outcomes.

Over the years, we have worked with more than 8,000 clients, received over 30 industry awards, and are recognised as a Premier Google Partner and Meta Business Partner.

What defines us most, however, is how we work. We believe in winning together, making bold but informed decisions, building for the future and continuously developing our capabilities.

About the Role

The Account Manager is the primary client-facing owner of assigned accounts and is responsible for driving client outcomes through integrated, strategy-led digital marketing.

You will work at the intersection of client success and internal execution, developing a strong understanding of clients businesses, identifying key business and marketing challenges, and translating these into clear digital marketing strategies.

You will collaborate closely with specialists across SEO, paid media, organic social and other digital channels to interpret performance data, identify opportunities and deliver recommendations that support clients business objectives.

For candidates transitioning from adjacent client-facing roles, OOm will provide structured on- the-job training to build the digital marketing knowledge and competencies required for the role.

Key Responsibilities

. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, trusted

relationships.

and growth outcomes.

. Present recommendations clearly and confidently to clients.

. Develop a broad strategic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising,

organic social and other relevant digital channels.

. Assess which channels and strategies are most appropriate based on client objectives.

. Work closely with channel specialists to develop integrated recommendations.

. Understand how different digital channels work together across the customer journey.

deeper technical execution.

3. Analyse Performance and Diagnose Business Problems

. Monitor account KPIs, campaign performance and trends against agreed client

objectives.

. Interpret performance reports and identify risks, gaps and opportunities.

. Develop data-backed hypotheses regarding performance issues and growth

opportunities.

. Ask the right questions and work with specialists to validate findings.

. Translate technical and campaign data into clear business insights for clients.

. Recommend actions and optimisation priorities based on performance.

4. Drive Account Growth and Retention

. Own the retention and growth of assigned accounts.

. Identify relevant upsell, cross-sell, budget expansion and service enhancement

opportunities based on client needs.

. Lead renewal discussions based on value delivered, future strategy and business

priorities.

. Maintain accurate renewal and revenue forecasts for assigned accounts.

. Identify potential account risks early and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

. Continuously look for ways to improve account value rather than maintaining the status

quo.

5. Coordinate Internal Execution

. Work closely with SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Creative and other internal

teams.

. Provide clear client context, priorities and instructions to internal stakeholders.

. Ensure agreed actions and deliverables are followed through.

. Challenge unclear or weak recommendations constructively and seek further validation

where necessary.

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, account notes, strategies and

action items.

. Manage competing client priorities while ensuring service standards are maintained.

6. Build Digital and AI-Enabled Capabilities

. Continuously develop knowledge across digital marketing channels, industries and

emerging trends.

. Build competency in interpreting digital marketing data and using insights to support

decision-making.

. Develop familiarity with relevant Google, Meta and analytics platforms.

. Adopt approved AI-enabled tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, ideation and

account management workflows.

. Apply AI responsibly to improve productivity and client outcomes without

compromising quality or professional judgement.

Requirements

success, consultative sales, business development, project management or another

. Candidates transitioning from client servicing, customer success, sales, business
