Account Management Executive Growth & Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Success
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners, organisations, or internal stakeholders.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships by deeply understanding their goals, challenges, and expected outcomes.
Communicate proactively share performance reports, highlight wins, flag risks early, and maintain clear expectations.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, growth, analytics, admissions, content) to execute marketing and performance initiatives for partner campaigns or learner-acquisition funnels.
Oversee execution across digital channels: paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and CRM-based campaigns.
Manage budgets, pacing, KPIs, and timelines to ensure campaign efficiency and ROI.
Support planning and optimisation cycles with data-backed recommendations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse campaign metrics, behavioural data, and channel performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations that clearly articulate results, insights, and next steps.
Stay updated on digital marketing tools, attribution models, and performance best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with creative, product, engineering, content, admissions, and growth teams to ensure smooth execution.
Translate client/partner expectations into actionable briefs for internal teams.
Ensure performance tracking, reporting standards, and workflow consistency.
Project & Account Management
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Oversee onboarding, contract renewals, documentation, and billing workflows when relevant.
Own timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, performance marketing, or client success (agency experience preferred but not required).
Understanding of performance marketing concepts: PPC, paid social, funnels, attribution, ROI, CAC, etc.
Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills capable of presenting insights and strategies clearly.
Strong analytical mindset ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose actionable optimisations.
Strong project and time-management skills; able to handle multiple moving pieces at once.
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-growing, mission-driven, constantly-evolving environment.
