Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager Intern to support client coordination and SEO-focused digital marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to SEO execution, performance tracking, and client communication while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-page and technical SEO tasks to increase organic visibility and improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-impact content and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor site performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) using analytics tools and surface actionable insights.
- Prepare concise weekly and monthly reports that highlight KPI trends and recommended next steps.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, and design teams to deliver SEO-compliant assets on schedule.
- Manage routine client communications, provide clear status updates, and resolve common queries promptly.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes; propose improvements that deliver measurable results.
- Support client retention by ensuring timely delivery of outcomes and identifying opportunities to increase client value.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, especially SEO
- Basic familiarity with IT or technical concepts
Preferred
- Experience working with international clients
- 2023/2024/2025 graduates with relevant internships (Business Development, Sales, SEO, or Digital Marketing)
