Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own client engagements: understand their sector, refine our pitch, and feed insights into the product roadmap.

  • Present our AI Digital Human kiosks as integrated solutions.

  • Support in building proposals and close deals.

  • Map conversational user journeys and turn ideas into clear briefs for clients and tech teams.

  • Manage projects end-to-end - coordinate across offshore and local teams with speed and precision.

  • Push for continuous improvement and be a positive, high-energy teammate.

Requirements

  • Self-starter who plans, executes, and reports with minimal oversight.

  • Prior client-facing role (account management or project management) in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have hands-on experience with interactive kiosks, digital signage, or physical installations.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Familiar with user flow diagrams and UX design.

  • Solid with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Sales experience is a plus.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, moves fast, doesn't wait for perfect instructions.
