This position is for individuals who want to think like a business owner, act like a growth consultant, and drive real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own Client Growth
- Understand client business models and revenue drivers
- Identify growth opportunities across marketing, funnels, and positioning
2. Strategy & Execution Alignment
- Align internal teams towards business outcomes
3. Data Analysis & Insights
- Track leads, conversion rates, CAC, ROI
- Convert insights into action
4. Client Communication
- Participate in strategy discussions
- Present insights and recommendations
5. Growth Opportunities
- Identify gaps and recommend solutions
6. Execution Ownership
- Ensure timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- 1–3 years in digital marketing / strategy roles
- Understanding of ads, funnels, and business metrics
