Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Idar. As an Account Manager at Decent Home Decor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing tailored recommendations, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, monitoring client accounts, and reporting key insights to stakeholders. A focus on growing and retaining client relationships is essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer retention
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the capacity to address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in strategic planning, problem-solving, and team coordination
- Knowledge of the home decor or furnishings industry is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
