Hiring: Account Manager Client Success (Middle East & Asia)
Location:On Site (Mumbai, Andheri West)
Reporting To:Founder / Partner
Primary Objective
Toprotect and grow existing revenueby driving structured upsells, managing escalations with maturity, and strengthening long-term client relationships across the Middle East and Asian markets.
This role is not just account management it is revenue defense + revenue expansion.
Client Relationship Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Build strong executive-level relationships across Middle East & Asia.
- Conduct structured quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regular pulse checks.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Revenue Expansion (Upsell & Renewals)
- Own and manage the Upsell Pipeline:
- Contract renewals
- Feature upgrades
- Cross-sell opportunities
- Track expansion revenue targets and forecast accurately.
- Identify product adoption gaps and convert them into revenue opportunities.
Escalation Management
- Act as a strategic buffer between clients and internal technical teams.
- De-escalate conflicts before they impact leadership.
- Translate business issues into actionable technical requirements.
- Ensure accountability and closure timelines are maintained.
Lead Follow-Up Engine
- Manage structured follow-ups for:
- Inbound leads
- Existing client opportunities
- Reactivation of dormant accounts
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting discipline.
Multi-Channel Outreach
- Conduct structured outreach across:
- LinkedIn
- Email campaigns
- Phone calls
- Target markets: GCC, South Asia, Southeast Asia.
- Qualify leads before handing over to the Founder/Partner for strategic closure.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Revenue retention rate
- Upsell conversion %
- Client churn rate
- Escalation resolution turnaround time
- Qualified leads handed to Founder
- Client satisfaction score
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 36 years in Account Management / Client Success / Revenue Operations
- Experience working with Middle East clients (GCC preferred)
- Background Experince : Technology Sector - Retail, Media & Entertainment.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and diplomatic communication style
- Empathetic yet commercially driven
- Able to handle pressure and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong CRM discipline, proactive, High Energy and follow-up mindset.
