Role Description:

This is a full time role for a Senior Account Manager Client Strategy and Delivery. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning communication, timelines, and overall account health.

In the initial phase, this role will also involve contributing to content strategy, planning calendars, and coordinating social media posting, while working closely with internal creative teams. Over time, the role will evolve into a more focused client ownership and leadership position as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage multiple client accounts end to end

Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Lead content planning and contribute to social media strategy

Create and manage monthly content calendars

Coordinate with design and video teams for execution

Oversee social media scheduling and publishing

Manage timelines, deliverables, and client approvals

Handle feedback, revisions, and quality checks

Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction

Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of agency experience is mandatory

Prior experience in account management or client servicing

Hands on exposure to social media planning and strategy

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast paced agency environment

Organised, responsible, and solution oriented approach

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant experience
