Account Manager- Client Servicing

Job description:-

• Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources (graphic design, video) to increase client satisfaction.
• Become the SPOC (Single point of contact) to the clients assigned to you.
• Manage their digital presence and aim at achieving the set targets.
• Suggest creative strategies and research on current marketing trends and competitive analysis.
• Attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements.
• Manage the campaigns for the client.
• Being updated with the campaign progress on a daily basis.
• Submitting the client's feedback to the Team Leader regularly.
• Generating and maintaining campaign reports and daily work reports.
• Generating brief documents and submitting the same to the Team Leader.
• Ensuring the timely provision of the bills to the clients and taking up the responsibility of timely payment from them.

Requirement:-

• Proven 2-4 years of experience in Client Servicing.
• Have proven hands-on capabilities working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Have proficiency in Digital Marketing/Advertising
• Can constantly learn and unlearn, willing to share/teach, and are not afraid of experiments and change.
