Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager – VMS/MSP Accounts to manage and grow strategic staffing accounts across VMS/MSP programs, System Integrators (SIs), and Implementation Partners. The ideal candidate will own client relationships, drive recruitment delivery, lead high-performing recruiting teams, and ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Location: Chennai / Noida / Remote

Experience: 7–15 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Time zone : 7:30 pm to 4:30 pm IST

Candidates with hands-on experience managing staffing accounts for major IT services organizations such as TCS, Cognizant (CTS), and HCL Technologies will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic VMS/MSP accounts while ensuring consistent delivery performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, MSP partners, and hiring managers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve submission, interview, and placement targets.
  • Build strong relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and Implementation Partners.
  • Prioritize requirements, allocate resources, and monitor recruiter productivity.
  • Ensure timely submissions with high-quality candidates while maintaining SLA compliance.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to maximize account growth.
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific compliance requirements, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–15 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing VMS/MSP accounts.
  • Proven experience managing staffing programs for TCS, Cognizant (CTS), HCL Technologies, or other large enterprise MSP accounts.
  • Experience working with major MSPs including Beeline, Fieldglass, PRO Unlimited, SAP Fieldglass, Wand, or similar VMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of VMS/MSP recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience working with System Integrators (SIs) and Implementation Partners.
  • Strong leadership experience managing recruiter teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing, W2 hiring, compliance, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Experience in performance reporting, metrics, and account governance.
