Account Manager Client Acquisition & International Recruitment

Account Manager to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and recruitment business growth across UAE and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B client acquisition, recruitment services, client engagement, and account management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Client Acquisition / Business Development / Account Management / Recruitment Sales.
• Experience in UAE, GCC, or International Recruitment will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment/staffing business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate business independently.
• Strong target orientation and commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced WFO environment.
