Client Relationship Management & Retention
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and timely issue resolution
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance loyalty
- Drive CSAT/NPS surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements
Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Align client business objectives with company offerings to maximize account potential
- Achieve revenue growth targets through strategic account development
Project Coordination & Timely Delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate project delivery as per client expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage project deliverables efficiently
- Monitor progress and proactively address risks, delays, or bottlenecks
Reporting, Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain clear and updated records of client interactions, meetings, and project details
- Ensure timely submission of reports, trackers, and client updates
- Comply with internal documentation protocols and audit requirements
Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Communication
- Actively participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning
- Share insights from client interactions and industry trends to support decision-making
- Maintain structured and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
