About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can build strong financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations and ensure books are accurate and audit-ready
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI compliances
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports
• Support budgeting and financial planning
• Improve accounting systems and support ERP implementation
• Handle billing, reconciliations, and documentation
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders

Must have completed Articleship from a Big 4 / Big 6 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BDO, Grant Thornton)

OR

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in any of the above firms Requirements
• CA with 4+ years experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in financial reporting and audit handling
• Good working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems
• Exposure to import/export or forex (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Willingness to take ownership and work in a dynamic environment
