Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager – BTL Marketing

Location: Noida

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in BTL Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage BTL campaigns, brand activations, and on-ground events
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting client expectations and quality standards
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to drive seamless execution
  • Monitor and achieve financial and operational targets for assigned projects
  • Handle end-to-end project management, including budgeting, reporting, and execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives
  • Troubleshoot challenges related to timelines, vendors, and execution

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of BTL marketing and brand activations
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Enhance presentation and client-facing skills
  • Strengthen conflict resolution and vendor management

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in BTL / experiential marketing
  • Proven track record of handling brand activations and events
  • Experience working with FMCG brands (preferred)
  • High ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
