StepOne is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai.
We're looking for someone with approximately 5–7 years of experience in client servicing, events, experiential marketing, brand activations, or integrated marketing projects. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving projects from brief to execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across assigned accounts
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans
- Lead day-to-day client communication, meetings, status updates, and reporting
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, and operations teams to deliver projects seamlessly
- Develop proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across events, booths, conferences, brand experiences, and IPs
- Oversee vendor and partner coordination when required
- Mentor and guide junior team members and interns
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in client servicing, experiential marketing, events, or related fields
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong presentation and proposal-building capabilities
- Commercial understanding of budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and project management tools
