Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Engage with clients in the digital lending, fintech, or BFSI space to understand business goals and deliver tailored SaaS solutions
  • Coordinate across internal teams to execute events and campaigns seamlessly.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality.
  • Resolve client issues proactively with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Present periodic performance reports and conduct review meetings with clients.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS products, digital lending workflows (LOS, LMS, BRE), or fintech ecosystems
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Client-centric mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client accounts and expectations.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or event management roles.
  • Experience in managing B2B or B2C campaigns and client portfolios.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
