Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle the complete accounting operations of a jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities of the showroom
• Handle sales and purchase entries and billing reconciliation
• Maintain cash book, ledger, journal entries, and accounts records
• Monitor daily cash flow and bank transactions
• Ensure GST compliance and prepare tax-related documents
• Perform stock and inventory reconciliation with accounts
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
• Handle supplier payments and receivables management
• Coordinate with auditors during audits
• Ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation

Qualification & Experience

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in accounts, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in retail/jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
