Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Faridabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, and driving business growth. Daily tasks may include developing customer strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality services, analyzing account performance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The role also involves working closely with the sales and operations teams to meet organizational targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in client relationship management and account management
- Proficiency in Tally tools, excel tools and data analytics for account performance tracking is compulsory
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
- Knowledge of EV industry trends and leasing dynamics is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in commerce/account management
- Previous experience in similar role is highly desirable
