As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Your mission is to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction with our products, and contribute to the growth and retention of our client base. This role involves a strategic blend of relationship management, product knowledge, understanding client pain points and a deep understanding of the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients business goals and how products align with their objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients evolving needs and product offerings.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as the client advocate, conveying feedback and insights to relevant teams to inform product improvements.
- Proactively manage client renewals, ensuring a high retention rate and exploring strategies for long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a coordinated and seamless client experience.
- Frequent travel to visit clients for understanding product usage and cross selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management within the FinTech industry (Banking, NBFCs, etc).
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility.
- Proven ability to identify and address client issues, finding effective and timely solutions.
