Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to drive sales and business development for LV Final Distribution Products across Pune and PCMC. The role will focus on MCBs, Distribution Boards, Wiring Devices and related LV products, with strong engagement across builders, contractors, consultants, distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial and retail segments.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, electrical contractors, consultants, distributors, dealers and retailers.
Identify, appoint and develop distributors/channel partners.
Drive product penetration and market share for LV Final Distribution Products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and upcoming projects.
Prepare sales plans, forecasts, opportunity pipelines and regular reports.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training programs and customer/channel meets.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate with 5+ years of relevant sales experience in LV Final Distribution Electrical Products.
Strong experience with MCBs, Distribution Boards, RCCBs/RCBOs, Isolators, Wiring Accessories or similar LV products.
Experience working with builders, contractors, consultants, end users and distribution/channel networks.
Strong knowledge of the Pune/PCMC electrical and building market preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.

Good understanding of LV Switchgear Final Distribution products and the residential/commercial building segment.
