Job Description

AVASO is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team and drive business growth within an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. This role offers the opportunity to develop your commercial expertise, build strong client relationships, and progress toward a Global Account Manager position.

What You'll Do:

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
  • Drive pipeline creation and identify expansion opportunities across AVASO's services and geographies.
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycles—from qualification, solutioning, and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data, ensuring pipeline integrity and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Solutioning, Delivery, Pricing, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver commercially sound proposals.
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and technology priorities.
  • Participate in RFP responses and commercial proposals for assigned opportunities.
  • Provide updates on account health, pipeline status, and market insights to support strategic business planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management, including executing account plans and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong ability to drive full sales cycles in line with governance standards.
  • Expertise in Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience developing competitive proposals and participating in RFP responses.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT services and market positioning.
