Role Overview
Apetan Consulting LLC is looking for a highly driven and experienced Account Manager US Staffing who can bring, manage, and expand implementation partner relationships in the US market. The role requires strong leadership, client-facing expertise, revenue ownership, and end-to-end account management capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have proven success in client acquisition, delivery management, recruiter leadership, and account growth within the US staffing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Account Management
Identify, acquire, and onboard implementation partners.
Build long-term relationships with clients such as Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Persistent, and similar organizations.
Act as the single point of contact for all client communications
Understand client business needs, hiring models, SLAs, and KPIs
Ensure consistent flow of requirements and high client satisfaction
Role Type: Candidate must have the ability to bring, onboard, or empanel IP clients and enterprise implementation partners such as Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Persistent, or similar organizations
What You Bring
Minimum 5+ years of team leadership experience
Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC)
Solid knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
