Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager Amazon Ads, Flipkart / Myntra Ads

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager Marketplace Advertising to manage and scale performance-led advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads. This role will act as the key point of contact for assigned client accounts, owning campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting to drive revenue growth and ROAS.

The ideal candidate is data-oriented, hands-on with marketplace ad platforms, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts while delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra advertising accounts for assigned clients
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and marketplace-specific ad formats
  • Develop account-level advertising strategies aligned with business and category goals
  • Monitor daily performance metrics including ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, budget pacing, and campaign structuring
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Identify growth opportunities through new ad formats, placements, and marketplace features
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, catalog, operations) to ensure campaign success
  • Stay updated with the latest marketplace advertising trends, tools, and policy changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 25 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads and Flipkart/Myntra Ads
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and performance marketing
  • Proven ability to scale ad spends while maintaining or improving ROAS
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • Experience handling large budgets or multiple categories
  • Knowledge of catalog optimization and SEO for marketplaces
  • Exposure to other performance channels (Google Ads, Meta) is a plus
