Job Description

We're Hiring: Accounts Manager

Location: Anthiyur,Udumalpet

Experience: 35 years in Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Support management with financial analysis for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards & taxation.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP or similar software.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
