Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, coordinate communication between internal teams and stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, monitoring project progress, analyzing client needs, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Relationship management, client communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in account management, B2B coordination, and customer retention strategies
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and present reports
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial products and markets is a plus
• Excellent negotiation and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
